Our Story
Hey, we're Stephanie and Paul Crosby, We're from Merseyside and currently live with our 10 fur babies who were the inspiration behind starting Crosby Hounds.
We have Daisey she's 13 year old a whippet mix, Biscuit she's 4 years old and an American Rottweiler, Bobby and Nala are litter mates 3 years old Mix Breeds (Staffy, Rotweiller, Dogue de Bordeaux Mix) and Nuke & Nebula are Littermates we kept from Nalas 1st and final litter (dad is a staffy) and we have 5 puppies from Biscuits surprise litter (2 weeks before Nukes Chop OP ) we planned on keeping 1 female puppy and our Nemo was born with a leg missing and we knew she was our little pup to keep. But, we just loved Bowzer he was a massive fluff ball who is such a well rounded pup lovely natured and would always make sure Nemo was ok when she struggled to walk/eat/play like the others so we decided he was staying too. then homes for Oreo, Jammy didn't work out so they're staying too :)
We also had Crumbs from Biscuits litter - but sadly she escaped out of our garden on 19th April 2024 and has never been found - we still actively search and post to socials about her and hope one day she will be returned to us (im convinced someone has her, she needs to come home to her family )
my god I thought raising 1 puppy was hard work but then to raise 5 at the same time is mind blowing!! they definitely drive us crazy but we love them!
We have always given our dogs natural treats and sourced them from many places over the years but the quality differed massively. I believe they should always have the best so began this journey of ethically sourcing top quality products but keeping within reasonable prices and we feel so fortunate to be able to provide this for all your beloved pets now too.
We use all of our own products for our pack, to act as natural dewormers, enrichment, dental hygiene, bordem busting and mental stimulation which is important in a dogs day to day life but most importantly they think they are very yummy.
In 2023 Nala started displaying symptoms of allergies so we decided to test her for nutritional and environmental allergies and it was clear she is actually allergic to so many proteins. So I decided to do a full Canine Nutrition Diploma to learn all I can about how dogs digestive systems work and therefore help as many people as I can with their own dogs health journey, so if you are struggling with your dogs food/ treats etc and would like any advice - just drop me a message and I'd be happy to help on our socials @crosbyhounds or the contact us page and I'll be happy to help
Don't forget to share your furbabies with us too tag us and share pics of your pooches with us at @crosbyhounds or #crosbyhounds
Lots of Love
